Exploring Mental Health Through Art
My journey of intertwining mental health with art began as a means of processing my own struggles. Grappling with anxiety and depression, I found solace and expression within the creative process. Every artwork I produce serves as a visual manifesto, portraying complex mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and self-awareness.
